The homeowner, a creative person, not burdened by family ties, preferred to design his future home in Loft style. The space that the architect had to work with was a premise without finishing or internal partitions.
Style choice determined the limits and concept of a future interior: the aesthetics of Loft means the use of flashy decorative elements, metal, artificial and natural stone, various textures and diverse lighting.
As there was almost no finishing, it became possible to minimize the amount of finishing materials, by making the existing texture of concrete walls an integral element of the design. A harmonious mixture of natural textures, glossy surfaces and neon light livened up the lounge area.
The highlight of the final design project was the complete absence of doors, with the exception of the bathroom opening.
