Using simple geometric shapes, designer Quentin de Coster has created a minimalistic, striking marble lamp. The product is intended for the Belgian company Van Den Weghe and is part of a series of new accessories with a modern look.

The inspiration source for the creating this lamp were products made of natural stone. The double cylinder shape explores the beauty of simplicity but also refers to the dynamic relations between elements.

Viewed from above, the LED tube appears to pause in its rotation around the marble cylinder, much like a satellite orbiting a planet.

Marble lamps are available in black or white and are a perfect in any interior.
